摘　　要：Yin-yun Xiaoshuo is an important fiction of Six Dynasties . This paper points out it is wrong to take Yin-yun Xiaoshuo as an additional documents of Tongshi(General History). Yin-yun Xiaoshuo has the character of popular inclination and great value in keeping the book and documents of Six Dynasties.
