摘　　要：The Program of Early Harvest under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between China and ASEAN was carried out on January 1st,2004.In the recent two years,the program promotes the bilateral development of trade,brings the economic benefit for people,and at the same time causes a certain shock to the agricultural economy in our country(especially the south of China).The paper will analyse the reasons that cause impact and provide some reference suggestions.
