摘　　要：Time flies like an arrow,and time lost never returns.In the past few years of my junior high school life,what impressed me most was running.At first,I didn’t like sports.I thought I was supposed to spend more time on school work than on exercise.But gradually,I found that running was not only good for my health,but also helped me relieve stress.When I opened my arms and stretched my legs on the playground,I was like a deer running in the field,which made me get a sense of belonging.
