家校双视角下中小学生抑郁心理现状调研——以湖南地区为例

摘 要:以家庭和学校双重视角为切入点,采用问卷调查法和文献分析法,对湖南地区346名中小学生的抑郁心理现状进行了调研。结果表明:性别、生源地以及是否为独生子女在抑郁水平上未呈现显著差异;然而,不同学段之间的抑郁水平存在显著差异。具体而言,家庭氛围与学校教育环境是影响中小学生抑郁程度的重要因素。为了有效改善中小学生的心理健康状况,建议学生加强自我认知,提升情绪调节能力;家长营造良好家庭氛围,改善家庭环境;学校优化课程设置并强化心理健康教育。This study conducted an investigation on the depression of 346 primary and secondary school students in Hunan by using questionnaire and literature analysis from the perspectives of family and school. The results showed that gender, place of origin and whether the only child had no significant difference in depression level. However, there were significant differences in the level of depression between the different segments. Specifically speaking, family atmosphere and school education environment are important factors affecting the degree of depression of primary and middle school students. In order to effectively improve the mental health of primary and secondary school students, it is suggested that students should enhance their self-awareness and improve emotional regulation skills;parents should create a good family atmosphere and actively improve the family environment;schools should optimize the curriculum and strengthen mental health education.
